BetaCote™ 2%SG is a dispersion of beta-carotene
designed to color foods and beverages. The dispersion is
made with beta-carotene stabilized by glycerol, and can be
used in many different food and beverage systems. The color
is pH and heat stable, and is a Kosher orange-yellow color.
