Carotenoid dispersions

LycoRed offers two different ready-to-use carotenoid dispersions: Tomat-O-Red^® and BetaCote™. Both are liquid formulations made with carotenoids stabilized by glycerol. These Kosher formulations are pH and heat stable and can be used in a variety of food and beverage applications. Tomat-O-Red^® provides a natural red color, derived from natural tomato lycopene. BetaCote™ is a beta carotene formulation that provides an orange-yellow color.
