私たちはすべての事業活動において、地球への影響を持続的に削減する革新的な方法を見つける努力を怠らないため、今年の「ハート＋ソイル・デー」を祝う新たな方法で、地球を軽やかにする私たちの活動を紹介したいと考えた。サンタ・バーバラでのインスタレーションでは、何百ものマリーゴールドで埋め尽くされた壁面に、足跡の形をしたマリーゴールドの種の詰め合わせを作り、通行人に配った。配っているうちに、足跡は徐々に消えていき、私たちのトマト農園の姿が浮かび上がりました。これは、ガーデニングと植物由来の栄養が、いかに二酸化炭素排出量の削減に役立つかを視覚的に思い出させるものでした。
