私たちは、スキーヤーたちの体の内側からの栄養補給をサポートするため、マジックマウンテンでトマトスープを提供しました。このスープには、当社の風味増強剤 SANTE を使用しており、MSGを使わずに贅沢な味わいを保つことができます。トマト由来の天然風味増強剤で作られた SANTE は、MSGよりも塩分が少なく、高血圧リスクの低減や心臓の保護にも配慮されています。

原材料
トマトペースト 1缶（6オンス）
低ナトリウムのチキンブロス 1¼カップ
水 16オンス
ローストした赤ピーマン 1/2カップ
ガーリックパウダー 小さじ3/4
オニオンパウダー 小さじ1
塩 小さじ1
白コショウ 小さじ1/2
ナツメグ 1つまみ
シナモン 1つまみ
挽きクローブ 1つまみ
挽きクミン 1つまみ
生クリーム（36％） 5オンス
純粋なきび砂糖1/4カップ
手順
- ローストした赤ピーマンの水気を切り、細かく刻む（ピューレ状にはしない）。
- 鍋に材料を入れてよく混ぜ、煮立たせる。
- 弱火で10分間煮込む。盛り付けるまで時々かき混ぜる。
