このアースデイに「グッド・イン・ブルーム」を紹介したとき、すぐに感謝の声が殺到するとは思ってもいなかった。友人や家族は、サプライズのマリーゴールドや手書きのメモに感激しただけでなく、それに触発されたのだ。そして私たちもそうだった。
グッド・イン・ブルームは一過性のものではありません。私たちはこの活動を、地球への愛と地球から得られる喜びを広めるための通年の取り組みへと変貌させたのです。
まずは？母の日の特別企画。母の日の数日前の午後、私たちは地元の子供たちと一緒にカラフルな鉢を作り、マリーゴールドとローズマリーの茂みを植えた。この芸術的な植物は、近くの老人ホーム「DayRoom」のお母さんたちに贈られた。
