We’ve always known that positivity and celebrating the good things in our lives isn’t just something that effects our mindset—there’s also real science to back up how happiness benefits our physical health. So this past week, we teamed up with the New York Hall of Science and got visitors to our Science of Positivity exhibit to help us put the idea into practice by tapping into their hearts power.
We challenged guests of all ages to get creative and write messages of positivity and encouragement for strangers and put them up on display on the walls of the museum’s Grand Hall in a mural of love and kindness right next to our spinning rock of positivity. After the event, we then translated and shared the notes for members of our community and teams in the Ukraine.
