We were in Chicago this month for IFT18, an annual food expo that brings 1,200 exhibitors and 23,000 attendees together to inspire innovative food solutions.

We were in Chicago this month for IFT18, an annual food expo that brings 1,200 exhibitors and 23,000 attendees together to inspire innovative food solutions. At the event we created meaningful dialogue around our confectionary colorants, and their ability to help foods start bright and stay bright. We also worked in partnership with top US chef Charlie Baggs, who showcased our real food ingredients, SANTE and CTC, in soups and sauces.
