Last week, our own Dr. Karin Hermoni and a small team visited an elementary school in Irving, TX to discuss the importance of cardiovascular wellness with a few of the classes. The curious kids enjoyed a brief presentation, complete with action hero references and fun puzzles. They then engaged in a little heart-healthy running in the gym before a craft session dedicated to making sweet yarn hearts.
