When our 20th anniversary tomato party in Times Square was over, we loaded up more than 250 lbs. of tomato salad to donate to City Harvest for delivery to the hungry at Holy Apostles Soup Kitchen and B’nai Jeshurun NYC. The world’s first food rescue organization, City Harvest helps feed the nearly 1.4 million New Yorkers facing hunger.
