Lycored teamed up to give back this holiday season. We joined our neighbors at Toni’s Kitchen in Montclair, New Jersey on December, 18th to serve homemade tomato soup to those in need.
What does it take to make tomato soup for 100 guests?
- 2-3 cups of olive oil
- 4.5 lbs. of onions
- 100 cloves of garlic
- 20 lbs. of tomatoes
- 4 gallons of water
- 9 lbs. of tomato paste
- 3-4 cups of rice
- salt
- pepper
- soy sauce
