What’s in a name?
There is yet to be an accepted industry definition for "clean label” within the industry yet. When we use it, we mean that the ingredients in that particular product are from natural sources (like tomatoes), free of synthetic additives, and manufactured using the highest industry standards.
Product Details
It’s no accident that tomatoes are a pantry staple; they have a unique ability to bring out other flavors while also adding richness and depth to dishes. Our scientists isolated both of these characteristics—umami and kokumi—and formulated a unique, tomato-derived concentrate, SANTE, that enhances taste, reduces the need for salt, and is even able to stand in place of other artificial flavoring agents. To further support this, we also created LycoFibers, another tomato-derived ingredient that helps stabilize texture for a uniform, pleasing consistency. Together, our team mimics the taste and feel of a superior tomato paste while also reducing overall costs.
