As I reflect on my fourth year at the head of Lycored, I find myself overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible journey we’ve shared in 2024. Thank you to our valued partners, customers, global teams, and the Lycored community for being a crucial part of our journey toward beautiful discoveries within.
Our achievements this year wouldn’t have been possible without your steadfast support and partnership. Once again, our Beauty from Within portfolio surprised and delighted us, with new findings and formats for Lycomato6 and Lumenato, contributing to the creation of products your customers love and believe in.
The year was also marked by the successful launch of ResilientRed BF, our colorful new best friend especially stables in plant-based meats, plant-based fish and UHT and plant-based dairy. As we enter 2025, we are excited to work with you on the future and ongoing solutions and products in your offerings to customers.
As a leader, my main goal is to inspire our team to deliver excellence quickly and help you enhance customer wellness. I’m excited to continue this essential work with you and look forward to revealing our next innovations next year.
