At Food Ingredients Europe this year, we teamed up with noted chef Richard Dumazet to give attendees a sneak peek at the revolutionary color-enhancing power of our latest clean-label food product: 3-in-1 Dry Tomato Pulp. Chef Dumazet shared a sausage and ketchup concept that showcased the naturally fresh and appealing color and texture this innovation can achieve. Additionally, he highlighted SANTE’s incredible flavor-boosting properties despite low levels of salt. When he isn’t working closely with our team on delicious new products, he’s running Brasserie D3, his lovely restaurant in the St.Etienne of France.
